DOMEX Strength and Fitness was founded by Daniel, who is a retired Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent (SA) and former New Jersey State Trooper with a combined service record exceeding 27 years. Throughout his professional career, he has demonstrated a tenacious commitment to the core values of the first responder profession, whether it be in tactical, operational, or administrative leadership roles.
With a tenure spanning the DEA’s most critical field divisions, including Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and El Paso, and a distinguished term in DEA’s Foreign Operations Division stationed in Mexico, he honed his skills in high-pressure environments.
One of his collateral duties throughout his career was that of a DEA Physical Task Test Administrator (PTTA), in which he played a vital role in the assessment and testing of DEA SA applicants for their potential fitness for duty. Additionally, for over two decades, he has compiled, designed, and programmed multiple strength and conditioning programs for various law enforcement officers at all levels in order to enhance their tactical athlete proficiency and professionalism, which are contributing factors for optimal performance and career longevity.
Presently, he serves as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a federal government contractor for the United States Army. In this capacity, he leads and oversees the implementation of tailored strength and conditioning programs for these outstanding men and women in order to elevate their “tactical athletic” capabilities while promoting holistic health and injury prevention.
With a Master’s of Science in Sports and Health Science and the CSCS certification, he has published articles in Tactical Training and Conditioning, Police1.com, and American Military University. Plus, having spent 27+ years as a tactical athlete, he is best equipped to expound upon and contribute his expertise to the betterment of his nation’s defenders and all first responders, preparing them for the rigorous demands of their daily missions, roles, assignments, and objectives.
He remains steadfast in his dedication to his great nation, recognizing the sacrifices made by all first responders, both past, present, and future. He is “proud to serve those who serve.” God bless America!”
