We incorporate movements that are very similar to what your department will test you on. However, we incorporate multi-joint and compound movements that will activate your entire body, which will give you the added confidence to improve performance on your test day through programming exercises for improvements in power, strength, explosiveness, and muscular endurance.

Additionally, we utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and plyometrics for explosive power and eccentric movements for tendon strength.

Furthermore, with this program’s purchase, we deliver a weekly program that will improve your 5K runtime.

With the 5K train up, we include Heart Rate Zone 2–5 training through the implementation of slow steady state, threshold, interval, and high intensity interval training.
