How it works
How strength & power actually get built
-
Max Strength
The heavy lifts2–6 reps at 85–97% of your one-rep max on the big movements — bench, deadlift, squat.
-
Full Recovery
The rest that matters2–5 minutes between working sets so your energy stores fully replenish — you train power, not fatigue.
-
Explosive Power
The fast-twitch workPlyometrics and explosive movements develop the fast-twitch output that raw strength alone won’t.
This program stresses your phosphagen (your body’s most powerful energy source) and glycolytic systems, with rest programmed in to fully replenish between sets and hit every working set at full intensity.
Built for real movement
Trained across all three planes of motion
Training all three planes builds balanced strength and durability — and helps reduce musculoskeletal (MSK) injury risk.
